Private Session

$90 | 50 minutes

Work one-on-one with your instructor on your tailored Pilates program to fine tune your practice, progress your repertoire and reach your fitness goals.

Private sessions are recommended for those new to Pilates or are getting back into exercise, managing injury or other conditions, or looking to work towards specific fitness goals.

At least one Private session is mandatory prior to booking into Semi-Private classes.

Private sessions can be booked through the ‘Bookings’ page, or you can request an alternative time by getting into touch via text or email. Get in touch to discuss a shared Private session (2:1).

Semi-Private

$45 | 50 minutes

Work on your individual program in a Semi-Private session (maximum of 3 participants). With tailored exercises on the reformer and across a range of Pilates equipment, you will fine tune your practice, progress your repertoire and reach your fitness goals.

At least one Private session is mandatory prior to booking into Semi-Private classes.

Group Reformer Plus

$38 | 50 minutes

This class will introduce variety and challenge to your session as you work on the Reformer as well as across other apparatus including the Wunda Chair, Barrels, Cadillac and Barre. Elevate your Pilates experience in a Reformer Plus class! (Maximum 5 participants).

If you are new to Pilates, at least one Private session is recommended prior to booking into Group Reformer Plus classes.

Barre

$20 | 45 minutes

Barre classes combine classic Pilates repertoire with ballet movements to create a full body, low impact, cardio workout. Improve your body awareness, balance, endurance and flexibility while channeling your inner ballerina!
